Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate staffing functions across the Nursing Division
Ensure appropriate coverage through accurate scheduling
Manage real-time data and operational support
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Support efficient patient flow and daily operations
Maintain schedule integrity
Support patient placement processes
Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Assist with coordinating patient transfers from outside facilities
Facilitate physician-to-physician communication
Monitor transfer timelines and provide status updates
Serve as a liaison between UHS Hospitals and referring/sending facilities
Collect, enter, and maintain Transfer Center data

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
1 year experience working in a healthcare related field
Preferred: Associates Degree
Preferred: EMT, MOA
