Franchise Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing prospective franchisees throughout the sales journey—from initial enquiry through to qualification and discovery.
- Engage with inbound enquiries, re-activate dormant leads, nurture qualified prospects, and confidently present franchise opportunities.
- Generate own pipeline by networking within the business community, attending events, and identifying new franchise prospects.
- Conduct discovery meetings and support candidates through the franchise recruitment process.
- Travel with qualified candidates to visit existing franchise locations where appropriate.
- Represent UFG at trade shows, franchise exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales is essential.
- Experience in franchise development or franchising is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally internationally.
