About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing prospective franchisees throughout the sales journey—from initial enquiry through to qualification and discovery.
Engage with inbound enquiries, re-activate dormant leads, nurture qualified prospects, and confidently present franchise opportunities.
Generate own pipeline by networking within the business community, attending events, and identifying new franchise prospects.
Conduct discovery meetings and support candidates through the franchise recruitment process.
Travel with qualified candidates to visit existing franchise locations where appropriate.
Represent UFG at trade shows, franchise exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in sales is essential.
Experience in franchise development or franchising is highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally internationally.
