About the role

  • Efficiently complete a set of contract documents, including Plans, Specifications, Quantities and Construction Cost Estimate with some direction from the Project Manager
  • Conduct meetings, including composing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Client contact
  • Work and coordinate with other internal departments
  • Assist in assembling Supplements, Proposals, and Engineer’s Reports
  • Certify Contract Plans and Designs
  • Meet deadlines
  • Alert Project Team Leader or Project Manager immediately upon realization of a problem on a project
  • Maintain the confidentially of information regarding our clients and company practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Professional Engineer in State of Indiana, or able to obtain within 12 months
  • Not less than 4 years in Structural Engineering
  • Bridge design experience preferred.
