Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, underwriting, and department guidelines
Interview potential customers and answer questions about mortgage loan types

What you’ll need

Active NMLS License required
Minimum two (2) years of residential mortgage loan origination experience
Familiarity with FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
Proficiency in sales and service skills, including tele-consulting, prospecting, and networking
Must pass a criminal background and credit check
Current Notary Public Certification preferred
