About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a diverse team of specialists for wire processing to Federal Reserve Bank
  • Manage daily workflow to meet departmental goals and timelines
  • Create a camaraderie and teamwork environment
  • Perform annual review with employees for talent management
  • Ensure training is provided and maintain good working relationships
  • Create and maintain departmental procedures for wire transfers
  • Monitor wire accounts for outages and discrepancies

  • Assist with merger and acquisition processes as it relates to Wire Transfers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 years' work experience in wire transfers or bank operations preferred
  • Excellent understanding of Federal and State banking regulations, and UCB's Wire Transfer Policy & Procedures
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment, high monetary risk operations environment governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills with excellent attention to detail required.
