Key responsibilities & impact

Review approved credit request to identify required pre-close conditions
Order and/or review required due diligence requirements
Monitor and confirm receipt of all due diligence items
Responsible for due diligence and closing activities on commercial loans
Submit loan to internal Doc Prep team
Coordinate effort to establish a closing date and time with all parties concerned
Review draft closing documents for accuracy
Ensure all due diligence information is properly documented
Review executed documents for accurate and complete signatures
Proactively identify problems, opportunities, and operational changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills without direct guidance
Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills
