Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization across systems and teams.
Serve as a trusted intermediary between business teams and development resources.
Translate business challenges into well ‑ defined requirements and use cases.
Prepare polished, executive ‑ ready summaries and presentations.
Present findings, recommendations, and trade ‑ offs to senior leadership.
Support project planning, scope definition, and milestone tracking.

Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder interviewing and facilitation capabilities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working across multiple departments, teams, and systems.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive amid ambiguity.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience in equipment finance preferred.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and SDLC concepts.
Experience partnering with IT teams on system initiatives.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI ‑ PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
