About the role

  • Own and manage all training programs for Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk, including new hire and ongoing development
  • Partner with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and bridge skill gaps
  • Create and deliver engaging training content through multiple channels
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training guides
  • Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate training events, calendars, and logistics for on-site and off-site sessions
  • Support conversion and acquisition training as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services and/or training
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
  • 2+ years in Branch Support Desk or Loan Support Desk preferred
  • Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
