About the role
- Own and manage all training programs for Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk, including new hire and ongoing development
- Partner with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and bridge skill gaps
- Create and deliver engaging training content through multiple channels
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training guides
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coordinate training events, calendars, and logistics for on-site and off-site sessions
- Support conversion and acquisition training as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services and/or training
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
- 2+ years in Branch Support Desk or Loan Support Desk preferred
- Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
