About the role

  • Ensure smooth implementation of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Officers to meet customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of customer solutions.
  • Proactively resolve potential challenges before they affect clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management Services for guidance.
  • Meet service level agreements for implementation tasks and timelines.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients for onboarding.
  • Prepare and manage setup materials and agreements.
  • Assist clients with hardware and software installation, training, and support.
  • Serve as liaison during account analysis and provide backup support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in banking
  • At least 3 years in customer service, call center, treasury management, or operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and computer tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with Treasury Management products and services preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory requirements preferred.
