About the role
- Responsible for sourcing, pipelining, identifying, and screening both passive and active candidates.
- Post approved job requisitions and identify/engage passive talent.
- Qualify candidates and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on role requirements.
- Ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong talent pipeline.
- Schedule on-site interviews and support the Talent Acquisition Lead in interviewing practices consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or other relevant experience required.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
- Experience with calendar management.
- Experience recruiting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with BambooHR is a plus.
- PHR and/or Certified Professional in Talent Development (or equivalent certification) a plus.
