About the role

  • Responsible for sourcing, pipelining, identifying, and screening both passive and active candidates.
  • Post approved job requisitions and identify/engage passive talent.
  • Qualify candidates and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on role requirements.
  • Ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Schedule on-site interviews and support the Talent Acquisition Lead in interviewing practices consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or other relevant experience required.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
  • Experience with calendar management.
  • Experience recruiting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with BambooHR is a plus.
  • PHR and/or Certified Professional in Talent Development (or equivalent certification) a plus.
