Key responsibilities & impact- Works with multiple service departments for defined territories to provide direction on optimizing service capacity and performance
- Monitors service department performance relative to technician performance and capacity
- Assists in recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for onboarding new service department employees
- Supports the development of all service personnel
- Prepares and analyzes service department reports; uses data to help drive improvement and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ year(s) experience in service department management experience
- Extensive knowledge of service management principles and technician performance
- Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Query, Equip, and other internal and internet functions used to manage inventory
