About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines;
  • Develop and manage ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses and data lakes;
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and understand data and reporting requirements;
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support decision-making;
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights;
  • Ensure data quality and governance through rigorous monitoring and validation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or related field;
  • Strong experience with SQL and other data query/manipulation languages;
  • Advanced knowledge of ETL tools (such as Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow);
  • Experience with relational database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.);
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and programming languages (Python, Go);
  • Proven ability to create reports and data visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively;
  • Experience with data lake and data warehouse architectures;
  • Differentials:
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Certifications in BI, data analysis, or data engineering;
  • Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
