About the role
- Assist with systems building and data gathering under the supervision of the Senior Compliance & Operations Manager
- Compile data into various spreadsheets for Salesforce data migration
- Extract necessary information from contracts and other data
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data
- Work closely with the Senior Compliance & Operations Manager to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in the Google Workspace, including:
- Gmail
- Google Sheets
- Google Docs
- Work experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
Benefits
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week through the summer, with a flexible day-to-day schedule to be finalized with the hiring manager
- Flexible start and end dates
- Monthly stipend of $1600
