About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional and efficient support service to Unit4 customers
- Progress each issue through to conclusion
- Investigate, process and document application defects
- Handle customer escalations
- Comply with Company information and Security Requirements
- Investigate and present process improvements
- Responsible for personal development plan
- Train and mentor less experienced members of the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Exceptional Customer facing skills
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage your own time to prioritise workload
- Be a strong Team Player
- Background in finance is a strong plus
