Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional and efficient support service to Unit4 customers
Progress each issue through to conclusion
Investigate, process and document application defects
Handle customer escalations
Comply with Company information and Security Requirements
Investigate and present process improvements
Responsible for personal development plan
Train and mentor less experienced members of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Exceptional Customer facing skills
Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment is an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage your own time to prioritise workload
Be a strong Team Player
Background in finance is a strong plus
