About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indonesia
- Build and manage sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Support end-to-end sales cycles together with the regional team
- Engage HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to understand business needs
- Present and position solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience
- Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions preferred
- Experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement
- Exposure to managing or supporting full sales cycles
- Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Good understanding of Indonesia business environment
