About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new customer acquisition across Malaysia
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, and closing
- Engage senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll leaders)
- Collaborate with partners (BPOs, system integrators) to co-sell opportunities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–12 years of B2B sales experience
- Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions
- Proven success in winning new business
- Experience managing full sales cycles independently
- Strong pipeline generation through outbound and networking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial mindset with value-based selling approach
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
