About the role
- Drive compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and business practices in the Benelux region to ensure product compliance
- Develop and execute product strategies tailored to the Benelux region, aligning with overall company objectives
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Lead the requirement gathering process for localized features, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Present product strategies and roadmap updates to key stakeholders
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages
- Experience working in or with the Benelux market is essential (Dutch Local Government industry experience is advantageous)
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of the Benelux market, including consumer trends and behaviors
- Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Product Management certification (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required.
