About the role

  • Drive compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and business practices in the Benelux region to ensure product compliance
  • Develop and execute product strategies tailored to the Benelux region, aligning with overall company objectives
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmaps
  • Lead the requirement gathering process for localized features, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Present product strategies and roadmap updates to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches
  • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch languages
  • Experience working in or with the Benelux market is essential (Dutch Local Government industry experience is advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of the Benelux market, including consumer trends and behaviors
  • Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Product Management certification (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product management advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required.
