About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to ensure timely, efficient, and expert delivery of contracted services
- Manage implementation and ongoing support of services
- Address client issues throughout the contract, take ownership, and follow through on resolution
- Lead mid-size to large client delivery accounts independently
- Follow defined processes and engage internal resources for smooth, cost-effective, and high-quality implementation
- Escalate delivery and other issues when appropriate
- Establish governance and communication channels with clients and Unisys delivery organizations
- Manage contract scope and conduct periodic operational reviews
- Participate in governance and SOX compliance audits
- Communicate industry and company insights and identify upsell opportunities with the Client Executive
- Monitor client/account financial health and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and administer budgets and schedules
- Support Service Delivery to optimize delivery and service costs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Any degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading mid-size to large client delivery accounts
- Experience implementing and supporting contracted services
- Knowledge of client issue resolution and escalation processes
- Experience establishing governance and communication channels
- Experience managing contract scope and conducting operational reviews
- Experience participating in governance and SOX compliance audits
- Experience monitoring client/account financial health
- Experience developing and administering budgets and schedules
