About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides ongoing Systems Administration support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Linux environments.
Remediation of daily incident tickets, system compliance, system run enhancement, testing, staging, policy/procedure enhancement, client contact coordination, and operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Linux systems.
Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems.
Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers.
Daily monitoring of network systems, proactively ensuring functionality, connectivity, and load balance.
Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies, and systemic issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working expertise in Linux systems administration.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
