Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience within large managed services organizations
- Understanding of operational service delivery
- Ability to discuss service lifecycle management end to end
- Has transitioned services from an incumbent provider
- Has introduced new operating models and implemented new capabilities during transition
- Has participated in service modernization
- Has delivered measurable transformation
- Experience leading leaders
- Track record building mature organizations and raising capability
- Executive stakeholder management and executive presence
- Involvement in client and sales engagements
