About the role

  • Support the end-to-end CPQ process for Unisys hardware and software resale opportunities
  • Partner with Sales teams to gather requirements and generate accurate, timely quotes
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, margin, and approval guidelines within the CPQ system
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales process, including quote creation and purchase order (PO) processing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline quoting processes
  • Provide support for documentation, revisions, and updates to quotes as needed
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize efficiency within the CPQ process

Requirements

  • Experience with CPQ tools and quoting processes
  • Knowledge of sales operations, quoting, and purchase order lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience supporting hardware and software sales, particularly in a services or solutions environment
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Applications, & Infrastructure along with Digital Workplace Solutions offerings
  • Prior experience working in a global or cross-functional team
  • Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government (export control access)
