Junior Associate, Account-Based Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of ABM campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments
- Partner with sales and account teams to deliver targeted outreach strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement data, and pipeline metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
- Assist in managing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables
- Leverage ABM and marketing technology platforms to execute and track campaign performance
- Continuously build knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing
- Foundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
