About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives
Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to inform change approaches
Partner with project teams to identify risks and resistance points, and recommend mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training materials
Track and report on change adoption, progress against milestones, and overall effectiveness of change activities
Deliver communications and training to impacted audiences to support adoption and engagement
Monitor post-implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Apply and build knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Contribute to special projects and broader change initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, communications, HR, or related field
Foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
