About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead presentation design by creating polished, high-impact PowerPoint decks—including layouts, data visualizations, infographics, icons, and scalable master templates that make everyone's work easier
  • Design compelling visual assets for marketing materials, digital campaigns, and internal communications that align with brand standards and business objectives
  • Drive creative excellence by providing constructive peer reviews and mentorship that strengthens the overall output of the creative team
  • Own concept development from initial brief through final execution, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories
  • Solve creative challenges proactively, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Collaborate across functions with marketing, communications, sales enablement, and business teams to deliver work that meets strategic goals
  • Maintain brand integrity by championing consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with confidence, keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines on track

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional design experience, including significant work in presentation design and corporate visual communications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • A portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated design thinking, strong typography, and the ability to translate data and ideas into compelling visuals
  • Art direction sensibility —you see the big picture while sweating the details
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or enterprise environments (a plus, not a must)
  • A collaborative spirit and the communication skills to give and receive feedback with grace
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure without losing your cool—or your quality standards
