Key responsibilities & impact

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Delivery Management group
Ensures seamless execution of client-facing projects and services
Oversees project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
Establishes and implements best practices for delivery management
Leads execution and delivery of multiple global projects
Develops innovative network solutions tailored to clients' needs
Optimizes global resource allocation and workforce planning
Drives continuous improvement efforts to enhance the client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Graduate degree preferred
4-6 years’ leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global network operations, and engineering delivery teams
Strong experience in Automation and SRE delivery model
Strong experience in thought leadership and innovation
Nice to have experience in infusing AI into network operations
