About the role
- Works with business leadership to understand objectives, operational processes, gaps, and challenges.
- Analyzes routine business issues using data from internal and external sources.
- Develops reports for leadership on performance and characteristics of various aspects of the business.
- Conducts business diagnostics to identify, quantify, and prioritize specific process improvement and change targets.
- Develops recommendations to streamline processes, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, and improve client experience outcomes.
- Delivers recommendations to process owners/stakeholders.
- Engages with Operations colleagues, business owners, and stakeholders to craft and execute process improvement project plans.
- Supports process improvement implementation through education, training, or other means.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
