About the role

  • Network Engineer with solid expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, along with specialized Cisco skills.
  • Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN).
  • Support both remote and on-site for network issues, ensuring high network performance and security.
  • Handle troubleshooting across OSI layers and TCP, collaborating with manufacturers for escalations and issue resolutions.
  • Lead client-facing roles, delivering reports, presentations, and acting as the key contact for projects with clients and vendors.
  • Execute network and security projects, collaborating with global teams and vendors, and ensuring successful implementation in critical environments.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in network and security support and implementation.
  • Networking & Security Protocols: Experience with network devices, Cisco and Cisco Meraki.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficient in cloud and network security platforms like SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Infoblox, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in network monitoring tools and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call outside regular business hours and weekends.
  • Advanced proficiency in English for client and vendor interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
