About the role
- Player-coach Creative Design Manager to evolve and expand Unisys brand visual system globally
- Guide a global team of designers and agency partners, ensuring consistent, elevated execution across digital, print, motion and OOH
- Push brand boundaries, uncover new opportunities for expression, and align executions to strategy
- Champion generative AI, motion graphics, video and emerging tools to enhance visual storytelling
- Partner with Solution Marketing, Content, Field and Digital teams to develop brand-aligned creative strategies
- Build, onboard and manage strategic design and video agency partners; ensure team proficiency in design and motion tools
- Create assets that communicate complex technology solutions to technical buyers, business decision-makers and end users
- Improve production workflows, templates and processes to reduce revision cycles and manage competing deadlines
- Develop performance objectives and use metrics to improve visual expression across digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Proven experience leading creative teams in a technology-focused environment
- Strong hands-on technical skills and fluency with modern creative tools, motion graphics and AI-enhanced design platforms
- Must have experience with motion graphics
- Demonstrated ability to align business goals with brand experiences and campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A compelling portfolio showcasing leadership and creative direction
- Experience leading and mentoring global teams and managing third-party vendors
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence
- High energy, can-do spirit and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment
- Collaborative demeanor and passion for coaching and developing creative talent
