About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary functional point of contact supporting day-to-day operations of the client's acquisition management system
Provide functional support, issue triage, and problem resolution for Government users
Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration and workflow improvements that align with Federal acquisition best practices
Support the deployment and adoption of new application capabilities and enhancements
Develop business process recommendations that align technology capabilities with mission objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional consulting or functional support experience supporting enterprise software applications
Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, procurement, and contracting business processes
Experience providing functional consulting, software support, system configuration, and end-user training
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
