About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary functional point of contact supporting day-to-day operations of the client's acquisition management system
- Provide functional support, issue triage, and problem resolution for Government users
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration and workflow improvements that align with Federal acquisition best practices
- Support the deployment and adoption of new application capabilities and enhancements
- Develop business process recommendations that align technology capabilities with mission objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of professional consulting or functional support experience supporting enterprise software applications
- Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, procurement, and contracting business processes
- Experience providing functional consulting, software support, system configuration, and end-user training
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
