About the role
- Work directly with clients to understand key elements of client business processes and implement and operate Unison software products
- Triaging and remediating tickets
- Handling ticket escalations
- Generating reports and conducting analysis of Help Desk activities
- Communicating with technical and functional teams to remediate issues
- Communicating with Government users and Stakeholder teams to discuss tickets, outstanding issues, workarounds, and resolutions
- Supporting configuration management process
Requirements
- One or more years’ experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government, preferred
- Experience in developing SQL queries, preferred
- Experience in testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management, preferred
- Experience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces, preferred
- Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A BA or BS degree, or currently working towards a degree, required
- Clearance: TS/SCI required. Must pass polygraph at CI level.
