About the role
- Design, build, and maintain automated deployment and configuration management solutions
- Implement and optimize automation workflows using various tools
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Just Enough Administration setups
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
- Automate OS patching and maintenance tasks
- Perform evaluations, troubleshooting, and issue remediation
- Establish and uphold server baselines and contribute to infrastructure initiatives
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading systems engineering initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years developing automation/orchestration standards
- 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and Linux distributions
- Skills in troubleshooting complex Linux environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP and DoD InfoSec directives is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
