About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions.
  • You will monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts, contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes, and support strategic initiatives and market development activities across Greece.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
