Business Development – Origination Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic
- Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions
- Monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
- Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
- Support strategic initiatives and market development activities across the Czech Republic
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV (Nice to Have)
- Experience in sectors such as real estate, telecoms, renewables, infrastructure, or financing (Nice to Have)
