About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic
  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions
  • Monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities across the Czech Republic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes (Nice to Have)
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in sectors such as real estate, telecoms, renewables, infrastructure, or financing (Nice to Have)
