Portfolio performance analysis.
Assist in month end close and forecasting processes.
Annual budget and updates; Capital planning; Monthly financial close; Business forecasting, as appropriate.
Prepared managerial reporting including operational KPIs.
Variance analysis of results to budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Support Finance and Business teams in the preparation of annual budgets and related business plans.
Support the cross-border consolidation of the financial data of the group entities.
Financial modeling including returns and diligence for acquisitions; Debt facilities including compliance.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance or related field and 7+ years of experience.
Experience with general accounting principles and procedures, financial forecasting techniques, compiling and presenting financial analysis. Highly analytical, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Robust knowledge of Excel and ERP.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.
Respect for colleagues and sense of humor.
