About the role

  • Collect data accurately from various internal and external sources
  • Enter and update information within our CRM system
  • Perform day‑to‑day administrative and data‑entry tasks to ensure smooth workflow operations
  • Monitor progress to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
  • Support routine reporting and basic data summaries where needed
  • Respond to data‑related queries and assist in updating records
  • Provide clear, timely communication with internal team members
  • Proactively contact relevant government entities to gather required information
  • Identify appropriate contacts within government agencies using structured research methods
  • Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all communications with public officials
  • Organize collected data within a structured internal database
  • Conduct routine data cleansing and accuracy checks to maintain data integrity and security
  • Ensure all data handling follows GDPR and other applicable data‑protection guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Unison Site Management to support evolving operational needs

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial but not required
  • Suitable for candidates with 0–4 years of experience, including those seeking their first professional role
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and organize your own workload
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Czech and English
