About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end product management: You support products from the initial concept through rollout to ongoing development and market monitoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial, agricultural, and property insurance (including liability insurance).
  • Legal background: Experience with insurance law or a completed law degree.
  • Analytical skills: You can analyze complex data and derive practical recommendations for action.
  • Technology affinity: You are confident with digital tools and interested in new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn: You act proactively, contribute your own ideas, and are always ready to learn new skills and develop further.
  • Responsibility and reliability: You take ownership of your tasks and projects and are consistently dependable in execution.
  • Openness to innovative technologies and willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in daily work while continuously developing your own skills.
