About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Integration & lead management: You position Raiffeisen Versicherung in the omnichannel sales environment and manage leads and sales signals (e.g., signal container) in close collaboration with the Raiffeisen sector.
- Campaign management: You plan, design and execute digital and omnichannel campaigns with the goal of increasing sales and driving adoption of digital tools.
- Coordination & interface management: You work closely with regional organizations, product management, analytics and content teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Use cases & pilot projects: You develop focused and signal-driven campaigns, support pilot projects and optimize ongoing activities.
- Monitoring & reporting: You analyze sales and campaign data, derive optimizations and actively contribute to the development of comprehensive omnichannel sales reporting.
- Rollout & knowledge management: You actively promote knowledge sharing and transfer, establish best practices and support Product Owners in the rollout of new digital solutions and tools — through targeted documentation, presentations and short videos.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in insurance or banking sales.
- Completed degree in business, marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in omnichannel sales, digital sales or campaign management.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools (e.g., signal container, CRM systems, marketing automation, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Knowledge of lead and signal management as well as reporting and analysis of sales KPIs.
- Strong skills in project and interface management and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, initiative and a strong interest in digitalization and innovation.
