Senior People Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic advice and support for leaders on all people-related matters across the employee lifecycle
- Acting as a sparring partner on leadership, organization, performance, transformation, and change
- Co-designing talent management, talent intelligence, skills management, and succession planning
- Contributing to strategic workforce planning and the development of future role and competency profiles
- Supporting AI transformation and digital change processes from a people perspective
- Using people analytics and data-driven insights to derive concrete actions
- Recruiting and filling key and leadership positions
- Participating in innovative people projects with clear business impact
- Close collaboration with a professional and committed people team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable strategic people role, ideally within a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of modern people practices, transformation, organization, and leadership
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, skills management, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics
- Interest in AI transformation and digital HR developments; practical experience with HR tools and AI-supported applications
- Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of generative AI applications (MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- High consulting competence, analytical thinking, and a confident presence with leaders and management
- Empathy, integrity, initiative, and a strong team-oriented attitude
