About the role

  • Act as Scrum Master to support the project team, working closely with the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) to achieve objectives
  • Ensure compliance with the agile framework and the established requirements process
  • Coach the agile team in the VT Claims area
  • Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders, including overseeing requirements, tests and communications
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and the team's agile way of working

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • University degree (business, IT, or a related field)
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Agile mindset and solid knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in planning and coordination
  • Strong Jira and Confluence skills
