Business Analyst, Scrum Master

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Scrum Master to support the project team, working closely with the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) to achieve objectives
- Ensure compliance with the agile framework and the established requirements process
- Coach the agile team in the VT Claims area
- Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders, including overseeing requirements, tests and communications
- Actively contribute to process improvements and the team's agile way of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- University degree (business, IT, or a related field)
- Very good German and English skills
- Agile mindset and solid knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in planning and coordination
- Strong Jira and Confluence skills
