About the role

  • Business partner for internal communication
  • Support for communicating specific content of Uniper teams
  • Reporting on operational topics and teams
  • Managing and drafting current news and communication content

Requirements

  • Professional background in communications, or alternatively in another staff or specialist role with a strong communications component
  • Several years of experience in and a passion for communications
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with particularly strong written proficiency in both languages
  • Proven track record in leading communication projects, including collaboration with external partners
  • Preferably good knowledge of the Uniper organization and the energy industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with specialist topics, including political, financial, operational and technical matters
  • Affinity for IT and digital media; experience with M365 applications and preferably with the Haiilo social intranet platform
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent self-organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under time pressure
  • Detail-oriented while also able to evaluate topics from a strategic perspective
  • High personal credibility and an excellent team player
  • Customer- and service-oriented
  • Good sense of humor
