About the role
- Business partner for internal communication
- Support for communicating specific content of Uniper teams
- Reporting on operational topics and teams
- Managing and drafting current news and communication content
- Promoting the use of Uniper’s social intranet platform
- Organizing and facilitating internal dialogue formats
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of Uniper brand standards in internal communication
- Supporting the further development of internal communication channels
- Close collaboration with various Uniper business units and functions
Requirements
- Professional background in communications, or alternatively in another staff or specialist role with a strong communications component
- Several years of experience in and a passion for communications
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with particularly strong written proficiency in both languages
- Proven track record in leading communication projects, including collaboration with external partners
- Preferably good knowledge of the Uniper organization and the energy industry
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with specialist topics, including political, financial, operational and technical matters
- Affinity for IT and digital media; experience with M365 applications and preferably with the Haiilo social intranet platform
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent self-organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under time pressure
- Detail-oriented while also able to evaluate topics from a strategic perspective
- High personal credibility and an excellent team player
- Customer- and service-oriented
- Good sense of humor
