About the role

  • You coordinate and manage information and physical security for Energy Assets Nordwest in collaboration with Uniper’s central security functions
  • You ensure information security in accordance with DIN ISO 27001 and KRITIS requirements and support internal and external audits
  • You are the process owner for the local ISMS processes: risk analysis, measures management, incident management and awareness
  • You create and maintain security documentation such as inventory lists, network topology diagrams and security concepts
  • You design and deliver information security training and are responsible for the planning, delivery and follow-up of regular information security courses
  • You are responsible for the security of operational processes as part of Business Continuity Management and for monitoring maintenance and revision of IT/OT components
  • You take on the appointed roles of Information Security Representative, Asset Security Responsible and Business Continuity Management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Information Technician, Automation Technician or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of IT/OT as well as communication infrastructures and components
  • Professional experience in information security and IT security (preferably from KRITIS or similar)
  • Knowledge of OT security and SCADA systems or, alternatively, network security
  • Ideally initial experience with implementing or operating an ISMS according to ISO 27001, or experience with vulnerability and risk management in information security as well as Business Continuity Management
  • Independent and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
  • High sense of responsibility, reliability and conflict-management skills
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
