About the role
- Act as Technology Lead and Product Owner within a SAFe Agile Release Train
- Drive the strategy, roadmap and secure operation of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Own and continuously develop the SAP BTP platform roadmap
- Prioritize backlog items and support agile ceremonies
- Define, establish and operate the governance and security model for the BTP
- Ensure stable and secure platform operations
- Enable integration, automation and development on the BTP
- Serve as the central interface between business owners, development teams and platform engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and business processes
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP BTP services
- Specific experience with Integration Suite, Work Zone, HANA Cloud, Build Process Automation, AI Core, and the CAP and RAP models
- Confident programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js, SAPUI5 and ABAP Cloud
- Extensive experience in cloud-native development and operations on SAP BTP
- Strong knowledge of security, governance and compliance
- Proven experience in SAFe agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
