About the role
- Consolidated and integrated financial planning and forecasting, including the design and coordination of the respective processes
- Maintenance of comprehensive and meaningful management reporting
- Stakeholder management, including interface with business controllers
- Analysis of financial performance at the segment level
- Preparation of financial planning scenarios
- Support for the quarterly closing process
- Continuous development and improvement of controlling instruments
- Participation in group-wide projects related to financial steering
Requirements
- University degree in economics/business administration with a focus on Controlling or (Group) Accounting
- Methodological and process know‑how in the field of financial corporate management (planning & reporting, financial KPI analysis)
- Ability and interest in in-depth analysis of control concepts and their practical application
- Knowledge of IFRS-based consolidation of profit & loss, equity and cash flow in a multi-level group structure
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information
- Interest in digital tools; Power BI skills are desirable
- Proven ability to see the big picture and summarize financial performance
- Positive attitude toward change, transformation and challenges
- High level of self-organisation, commitment, initiative and team spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; German skills are an advantage
