About the role
- Responsible for the operational implementation and continuous improvement of all time management processes in SAP HCM
- Implementation of company and collective bargaining agreements
- Preparation of internal work instructions
- Point of contact for questions relating to time management
- Conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer
- Supporting payroll teams with complex cases
- Developing templates and process descriptions for the HR online portal
- Contributing to exciting HR projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or qualification in HR/payroll
- Several years of experience in payroll, preferably with a focus on time management
- Sound knowledge of tax and social security law
- Analytical thinking and initiative
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP HCM
- Very good German and good English skills
