Generating initial and updated loan disclosures that meet regulatory and secondary market standards
Ensuring compliance with timelines
Aid in mortgage support tasks to facilitate smoother loan applications
Perform detailed reviews at the loan level to guarantee data accuracy and quality prior to submission
Undertake various duties, including answering phone calls, monitoring group emails, and assisting different departments as needed
Cultivate and uphold outstanding customer service both internally and externally
Develop strong relationships with client credit unions and work collaboratively with all departments in the organization
Participate in professional development activities to sharpen your skills and contribute to the team's overall success

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of similar or relevant work experience
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Capacity to work independently and sustain a high degree of self-motivation
Highly resourceful, with a willingness and ability to learn new processes and procedures
Hybrid Remote - Home office environment must be suitable for remote working, including high-speed internet access and a quiet space free from interruptions
