About the role
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases Union.ai
- Write and/or edit articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content
- Own and manage a content calendar
- Event Marketing & Strategy: Design and execute our event strategy across conferences, virtual events, and meetups (in partnership with Developer Relations)
- Own the company's event calendar
- Manage end-to-end event execution, from marketing collateral to lead generation
- Strategic Marketing: Help define Union.ai's marketing strategy during this critical growth phase
- Support demand generation initiatives and lead nurturing campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on technical or B2B audiences
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, and content creation experience across various formats (written, video, social)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with technical subject matter and engaging with engineering audiences
- High agency and collaboration - you thrive in ambiguous situations and take ownership
