About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, develop, and implement organizational development projects and strategies within Corporate Education
  • Establish the Annual Training Plan by identifying needs aligned with the business strategy
  • Design and develop training and development initiatives using instructional design and methodologies aligned with best practices
  • Monitor the execution of plans and the area’s performance indicators
  • Propose new methodologies and training and development solutions
  • Develop instruments to evaluate training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model
  • Monitor evaluation results and develop improvements and action plans
  • Oversee compliance with the annual Corporate Education budget
  • Source and evaluate training and development vendors
  • Act as an internal facilitator for training sessions
  • Manage, analyze, and control departmental information and data
  • Support internal and external audits of Corporate Education processes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary projects
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Organize events related to team development
  • Carry out activities linked to the Culture program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Degree preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields
