About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate with the accredited provider network;
- Implement compensation and business models with the network aligned to Unimed's strategy, assessing feasibility through financial impact analysis and review of process rules;
- Responsible for validating contracts and contractual amendments for accredited providers;
- Accountable for achieving the targets for their provider portfolio;
- Serve as a point of reference for clarifying negotiations within their portfolio;
- Identify providers for procedures and exams covered by the ANS coverage list, ensuring care network availability for Unimed customers;
- Monitor the network's healthcare costs by analyzing closing projections with partners, identifying business improvement opportunities aimed at reducing the claims ratio;
- Analyze and propose strategic decisions regarding credentialing, de-credentialing, and related changes to ensure the provider network offering to Unimed customers is aligned with business strategy;
- Provide support to other cooperative areas on network-related matters, collaborating in decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Postgraduate degree in business and negotiation (preferred).
- Experience in sales and negotiations in the healthcare sector (preferred).
