About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize, and execute corporate, institutional, and promotional events, as well as relationship-building activities, ensuring initiatives are delivered within established timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end event production process, including scheduling, logistics, infrastructure, setup, operation, and teardown.
- Gather requirements, prepare briefings, and develop execution plans for different event formats.
- Source, select, contract, and oversee suppliers, partners, and service providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of deliverables.
- Request, review, and negotiate commercial proposals, and monitor contracts, payments, and project-related documentation.
- Manage event finances, including budget preparation and control, expense tracking, and support for accounting entries and financial reporting.
- Act as the focal point among internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Oversee on-site event execution, addressing operational issues and ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
- Coordinate logistics for materials, giveaways, signage, equipment, structures, and other resources required for events.
- Support the development of promotional and communication strategies related to the area’s activities and events.
- Monitor performance indicators, attendance, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics, evaluating results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and performance analyses for completed events.
- Map trends, references, and market opportunities that can contribute to the innovation and evolution of the brand’s experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Public Relations.
- Experience in planning, producing, and executing corporate, promotional, or institutional events.
- Experience managing suppliers, negotiating, and monitoring contracts.
- Experience in budget control and financial monitoring of projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and requests simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, and tracking performance indicators.
