About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the tactical healthcare audit team, conducting strategic analyses of data and processes;
- Monitor, analyze and interpret clinical, operational and financial indicators;
- Develop technical studies and critical analyses to support decision-making;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actions to optimize clinical and administrative processes;
- Integrate information across the cooperative’s clinical, administrative, regulatory and operational areas;
- Work with health information systems, databases and analytical tools;
- Use technology resources and artificial intelligence to generate insights, enable automation and provide analytical support;
- Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency, quality of care and the sustainability of the operator;
- Perform technical analysis of clinical information, audits and data related to supplementary health;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and interface areas of the cooperative.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (active registration with COREN - Regional Nursing Council).
- Experience in healthcare audit, technical analysis or supplementary health;
- Experience in analysis of clinical data, indicators and development of analytical studies;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools; considered a plus;
- Postgraduate degree in Health Audit, Health Management, Quality, Analytics, Data Management or related fields is desirable.
